Last year delivered outstanding offshore equity returns with the MSCI World Index returning 20.1%, led by the US and Japanese equity markets. 2018 has started positively with the MSCI World Index adding a further 5.2% in January. The returns of 2017 are going to be hard to beat – what should we look out for in 2018? At WellsFaber we started the year inundated with asset managers’ views for the year ahead.
