Nadia’s core responsibilities include designing and implementing operational procedures, establishing policies that promote WellsFaber’s culture and vision, and overseeing company operations to ensure efficiency. She is committed to the prevention of unethical, illegal and improper conduct and is an asset to our compliance and operational team.
Before WellsFaber
Nadia holds an LLB and LLM degree, specialising in Tax Law, and a Compliance Management qualification. Nadia has gained experience at both small and large companies, including Investec Private Bank and boutique asset management firm Definitive Capital Management.

Wright’s role at WellsFaber:
Wright is responsible for the finance function within the group.
Before WellsFaber:
Wright completed his B Acc degree at the University of the Free State in 2006, and completed his B Com Accounting Honours whilst doing his articles. In February 2010 upon completion of his articles, Wright started his professional career and has been involved in Financial Management in a number of industries such as property development, retail, advertising, digital advertising and financial services.
Something personal:
Wright’s first love is his beautiful wife, two daughters and a close second, their five crazy French Bulldogs. Spending time with his family is always the best, but for some alone time, exercising in the gym helps to clear his head. On most weekends you will find Wright in the very competitive world of show dog competitions. Yes, those crazy Frenchie’s are their passion and they love showing them to the world.
